About the Role:

This short-term contract position offers the opportunity to join our dynamic Technical Services Team as a skilled Field Technician.

You will be responsible for providing on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, focusing on excellent service delivery and positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain and install gaming equipment located within our Venues, Clubs and Pubs
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve SLA Targets
  • Work a 4 weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar role servicing electronic equipment and a keen interest in electronics
  • An eye for detail and ability to diagnose and problem solve technical issues
  • Ability to work independently with strong customer service and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to undertake the physical demands required of the role
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and completing assignments within expected timeframes
  • Integrity, respect, honesty and a can-do attitude
  • Certificate II in Electronics or relevant industry experience highly regarded
  • Electrical safety knowledge
  • Current full driver's license
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable gaming and/or other licenses as required
  • Knowledge of gaming machine repairs advantageous
