About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that will see you working as part of a collaborative team, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of operating theatre equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, in the medical technology sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of operating theatre equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
