Our Equipment Sales & After-Sales Support division represents global brands in Australia and offers capital equipment sales, spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs, and other support functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Service Technician in New South Wales. You will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled servicing, maintenance, and training of customers across various markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality servicing and maintenance to meet customer expectations.
  • Create and provide quotations and maintenance agreements to clients.
  • Train and educate plant operators on safe operation practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports for all service work completed on customer sites.
  • Enhance technical knowledge through ongoing training and experience.
  • Identify business growth opportunities on customer sites.
  • Work in both metropolitan and remote areas, with some overnight travel required.

Requirements

  • TAFE qualification (Cert 3) or higher in mechanical disciplines, electrical, or relevant fields.
  • Prior experience in maintenance and repair within the Crushing and Screening sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to individual and team goals.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, time management, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also includes a range of benefits, including career progression opportunities, training, and a dynamic team environment.
