About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team in Arncliffe NSW 2205. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, testing and repairing electronic equipment, performing maintenance and calibration of systems, and providing technical support and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine and test electronic equipment to ensure it is set up and operational according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electronic components of equipment, including circuit boards, wiring, and control systems.
- Install new components to improve performance or adapt to new requirements, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Provide technical support and service to customers, including on-site visits to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed on equipment.
- Certificate IV in a closely related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
