Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, a leading distributor of heavy machinery and equipment, is seeking an experienced Field Service technician to join our team in Sydney.

The successful applicant will be responsible for attending to a diverse customer base, including small business owners, large civil contractors, and government bodies. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality service.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly RDO and a company vehicle for use in the field service position. Our team is committed to quality training and development, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this demanding environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A trade certificate with at least 2 years' experience working in a similar field service role
  • Full car licence
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Experience in hydraulics and electrical circuits
  • A good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office

Advantageous qualifications include product knowledge of heavy equipment, automotive air conditioning licence, MR, Forklift, EWP, plant, and LPG licences, as well as auto electrical experience and diagnostic skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. We encourage applications from motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.
