Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant & Equipment Procurement Specialist to join our team at Clough Group in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering and technical support for ongoing bidding and project start-up activities related to mechanical field. This includes preparing relevant tender returnable schedules and associated technical documentation, driving procurement strategy for key plant and equipment, and working with the engineering and construction team to identify and optimize plant and equipment investment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, strong knowledge of plant and equipment used in the industry, and experience in preparing technical specifications and scope of work for plant and equipment procurement. They should also possess excellent negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms and conditions for plant and equipment procurement.

About the Role
  • Provide engineering and technical support for ongoing bidding and project start-up activities related to mechanical field.
  • Prepare relevant tender returnable schedules and associated technical documentation.
  • Drive procurement strategy for key plant and equipment.
  • Work with the engineering and construction team to identify and optimize plant and equipment investment strategies.
About You
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of plant and equipment used in the industry.
  • Experience in preparing technical specifications and scope of work for plant and equipment procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
