We are seeking a highly organised Heavy Equipment Service Technician to join our team in New South Wales. This is a full-time role with potential for permanency, offering a varied and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide scheduled and unscheduled servicing and maintenance of heavy equipment to a high technical standard.
  • To prepare and provide service quotations and maintenance agreements to clients.
  • To train and educate client plant operators on safe and correct operation of their plant.
  • To prepare detailed service reports for all service work completed on client sites.
  • To continually enhance technical knowledge on our products and services through experience and ongoing training.
  • To identify and secure opportunities on client sites for business growth.

Requirements:

  • TAFE (Cert 3) trade qualifications or higher in mechanical disciplines, electrical, or other relevant areas.
  • Prior experience in maintenance and repair within the crushing and screening sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, positive attitude, strong accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to individual and team goal achievements.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and coordinating skills.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
