Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with customers directly to manage and resolve technical issues related to our cloud software platform.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal) with previous experience in a cross-skilled role providing English and Korean support.

  • Familiarity with dynamic HTML components, Java, and ITSM practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
