Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new menu items, enhancing guest dining experiences.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.

Qualifications:

  • Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a la carte kitchens.
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements.
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
