The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in fine dining and breakfast cuisine, with a proven track record of creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

A master of food presentation, you'll be able to use local, seasonal produce to craft dishes that exceed guest expectations.

You'll be meticulous about maintaining high standards in the kitchen, working efficiently to deliver exceptional dishes through collaboration with your colleagues.

A leader who fosters a positive work ethic, ensures safety and efficiency, manages stock levels, and handles the demands of a high-functioning kitchen.
