The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry, with extensive knowledge of food safety requirements and a la carte preparation. They will also be service-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen, and contributing to the development of new menu items. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior staff, applying diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes, and fostering strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.
