Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections, focusing on à la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets.
  2. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen.
  3. Contribute to menu development and enhance the guest dining experience.
  4. Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and training.
  5. Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
  6. Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.

Essential Requirements
  1. Trade qualifications and previous hotel industry experience are preferred.
