Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our five-star hotel
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in high-end kitchens, with a portfolio of creative and varied cooking styles
  • Ambition to develop sustainable practices, including farm-to-table sourcing and reduced waste initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation
