
Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant

This position plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams ensures a seamless experience from initial consultation to solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across Australia and New Zealand.
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Establishing trusted advisor status with decision-makers and executives within client organisations.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborating with internal technical and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of tailored solutions.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, RFPs, and tenders.
- Working with Sales Managers and senior leadership on strategic sales planning.
- Providing guidance and sharing knowledge with junior team members.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in ICT sales or account management, preferably in enterprise hardware or managed services.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end ICT sales cycle including tenders and complex solution delivery.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced B2B environment.
