ERP Transformation Specialist Role

This senior ERP consultant role involves bridging business requirements with technology outcomes, crafting solution stories from early-stage discovery through to executive-level presentations.

You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their challenges, design tailored ERP solutions that align with client needs and delivery capabilities.

  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to dissect business goals and pain points.
  • Design customized ERP solutions that harmonize with client objectives and delivery capacity.
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
  • Establish cost models encompassing licensing, services, and support.
  • Act as the solution authority across the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with delivery teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that focus on business value, not just features.
  • Contribute to account strategy and help shape long-term roadmaps for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CE.

Required Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years in ERP consulting, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).
  • Strong presales background where you’ve led scoping sessions, built proposals, and presented to executives.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP programs, ideally in complex or global environments.
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem — Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, D365 CE.
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to model solutions, estimate effort, and clearly explain ROI.
  • A consultative, collaborative approach — you enjoy helping clients see what’s possible.
