As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

With a strong technical foundation in Salesforce, you will be at the forefront of our Salesforce engagements - working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to define, architect, and implement best-fit solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce programs, translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices, conducting architectural reviews, and driving platform and technology option analysis.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver integrated solutions. Your ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will also be highly valued.

A strategic mindset is required to balance technical design with business value and user experience. Experience in architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments is necessary, as well as certification in Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of platform components such as Flow, LWC, Apex, APIs, and security models. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in Salesforce delivery is also desirable.
