Senior Fleet Services Consultant
About the Role:As a key member of our fleet services function, this role will play a senior part in guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and Compliance Management: Manage operational and administrative processes, including fuel card ordering/cancellation, infringements, and tolls.
- Customer and Stakeholder Experience: Resolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes, support customers and internal stakeholders with resolution management, and build strong working relationships across teams and external partners.
- Team Support and Development: Support the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications, act as an escalation point, provide direction and problem-solving support, coach, develop, and cross-train team members across functional areas, and foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team as required and monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fleet Services Consultant to step up into a senior role and take on greater responsibility.
