Our Fleet Services function requires a senior professional to manage operational and administrative processes. As a Senior Fleet Services Consultant, you will cover fuel, infringements, registrations, and tolls, supporting the Fleet Services Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Process & Compliance Management: Manage operational and administrative processes, contribute to process and system improvements, and deliver on agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Experience: Resolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes, support customers and internal stakeholders, and build strong working relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Team Support & Development: Support the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications, act as an escalation point, and coach, develop, and cross-train team members across functional areas.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team, monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services, and foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
