Job Title: Senior Fleet Services Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill this role.

  • Fleet Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and/or customer service, with exposure to complex issue resolution. They will be responsible for managing operational and administrative processes, including fuel card ordering/cancellation, infringements, and tolls. This will involve resolving customer cases and queries within required timeframes, building and maintaining strong working relationships across teams and external partners, and supporting the Fleet Services Manager in guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

Process & Compliance Management: Manage operational and administrative processes including fuel card ordering/cancellation, infringements, and tolls.

Customer & Stakeholder Experience: Resolve customer cases and queries within required timeframes and build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and external partners.

Team Support & Development: Support the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications, act as an escalation point, and coach, develop, and cross-train team members across functional areas.

Administrative & Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team as required and monitor productivity, quality, and performance within Fleet Services.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service, with exposure to complex issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire colleagues to enhance team capability.
  • A strong commitment to customer service, process improvement, and quality outcomes.
