We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a senior role in our Fleet Services team. As a Senior Fleet Services Consultant, you will play a key part in the successful operation of our fleet services function. Your responsibilities will include process and compliance management, customer and stakeholder experience, team support and development, and administrative and operational support.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service, with exposure to complex issue resolution. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent time management, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment are essential. Additionally, you will have proven ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively across all levels of the business.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service
