Job Overview

Senior Fleet Services Consultant Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our fleet services department. They will be responsible for overseeing key operational processes, managing administrative tasks, and providing top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: This includes managing operational and administrative processes such as fuel card ordering and cancellation, handling infringements and tolls, and contributing to process improvements that enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: The successful candidate will be expected to resolve customer cases and queries within stipulated timeframes. They will also be responsible for supporting customers and internal stakeholders with resolution management.
  • Team Support: As a senior consultant, they will provide direction and problem-solving support to the team. They will also assist the Fleet Services Manager with process documentation and communications.
