Job Description

The role of Sales Growth and Retention Leader is to strategically enhance secondary spend revenue, develop and implement impactful sales initiatives, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and empower operational teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. The role will also be instrumental in elevating the sales capabilities of operational teams across the entire recreational sector and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and optimise retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using systems and data analysis tools to drive sales insights and decision-making.
