Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team of Member Support Consultants. As a Membership Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on managing the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets.


About You
  • You have proven sales and customer service experience with a strong ability to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle and various techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • You have successfully managed the customer journey to achieve successful outcomes and have a solid grasp of retention strategies.
  • You are an effective team leader with experience mentoring and motivating others towards a common goal.
  • You are proficient in using business computer systems and hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
