About the Role
Microsoft is seeking a highly experienced sales account manager to join its Health & Life Sciences division based in Brisbane, Queensland. As a sales account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare sector and presenting them with the value proposition of Microsoft's cloud and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization through consultative engagement.
- Develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts to ensure revenue targets and customer needs are met.
- Drive accountability among extended virtual teams and internal industry experts, and lead partners to scale business by understanding their goals and creating mutual business growth.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and consumption targets, drive integrated joint account governance, and identify initial stakeholders, customer needs, and priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working in an industry (Healthcare, Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic solutions selling.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
