At PFD Food Services, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a specific group of key customers and ensuring the highest level of service is provided while building solid relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to maintain exceptional service levels for existing customers, secure new business, and ensure customer delivery and service expectations are fulfilled. You will work closely with customers on a daily and weekly basis to identify potential areas for growth within existing accounts and advise them of the total PFD product range and supply price trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain close liaison with existing customers to ensure high service levels and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Secure new business opportunities with customers while meeting sales and business requirements.
- Ensure customer delivery and service expectations are met through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Identify potential areas for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Advise customers on the PFD product range and supply price trends to help them make informed decisions.
- Provide regular updates to management and the sales team on critical considerations or developments affecting customers and key accounts.
Requirements
- Previous account management experience in the food service or FMCG industry.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Superior selling and negotiating ability, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of the food service or FMCG industry and its market trends.
- Solid computer literacy and proficiency in learning a product range quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
