Revenue Operations and Billing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations and Billing Manager to lead our revenue operations and billing team. This role is critical in driving a data-driven, efficient, and value-focused revenue assurance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue assurance, billing, or operations within large-scale organizations, with experience in the transport/logistics industry. They will be responsible for leading a high-performing team by setting and implementing strategies aligned with the company's revenue management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee billing accuracy, ensure timely processing, and prevent revenue leakage through targeted initiatives.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, streamline manual and automated processes, and implement best practices to maintain accuracy in consignment billing and revenue reporting.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that revenue processes support a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in revenue assurance, billing, or operations within large-scale organizations, ideally with experience in the transport/logistics industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, both onshore and offshore.
  • Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and customer-centered revenue initiatives.
  • Knowledge of RCTI and revenue assurance systems is advantageous.
