Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Leasing and Marketing Manager.

This role will involve achieving occupancy targets, customer experience standards at LIV Munro, and developing leasing strategies to meet these goals.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in management-level roles, and a VIC Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred).

A high level of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM platform competency is also required.

  • Developing leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets
  • Maximising revenue through lead management and lease conversion opportunities
  • Preparing and implementing leasing forecasts and business plans
  • Identifying and converting business opportunities
  • Leading site inspections and training team members
  • Ensuring content is up-to-date across all channels
  • Supporting resident events and promoting business opportunities
  • Establishing expert knowledge of the property and location
  • Engaging with the local community and potential business relationships
  • Maximising resident retention through customer relations management
  • Identifying new business opportunities and communicating them with the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in management-level roles
  • VIC Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred)
  • High level of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM platform competency
