About the Role:
This is a hands-on position for an experienced skincare professional who is confident in creating personalized treatment plans, driving client rebooking, and recommending homecare solutions. You will work closely with our Cosmetic Doctors, contributing to a comprehensive client experience, while also working towards individual and clinic-wide KPIs with generous incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional results-driven treatments
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Create tailored treatment plans
- Drive client rebooking and recommend homecare solutions
- Contribute to a comprehensive client experience
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience as a skincare professional or in a senior skin clinic role
- Proven track record in rebooking clients and achieving product sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of skincare with excellent consultation and communication skills
- Passion for results-driven skincare and helping clients achieve lasting confidence
- Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
