This role involves delivering Workday feature assessments to support customer business needs. We are seeking a professional with experience in HR technology challenges and who can drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service
  • Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements
  • Share broad experience with industry practices
  • Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations
  • Develop system configuration solutions articulating product capabilities and benefits
  • Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects
  • Help customers become more self-sufficient and stabilise their Workday applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience

Additional Experience:

  • Workday Certification in HCM and at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or Oracle a bonus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
