This position bridges the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a seasoned expert in Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Recommend innovative solutions based on client requirements and constraints, adapting scope as needed.
- Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices and industry standards.
- Regularly engage and support clients throughout project phases, ensuring smooth progress and successful outcomes.
The Workday Implementation Expert guides clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM implementations.
Main Skills Required:- Expert-level knowledge of Workday functionality and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
