Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a key part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
This role requires a strong background in supporting and configuring Workday HCM, with expertise in business processes and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in large, complex environments, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- The successful applicant will configure and support Workday HCM modules, providing expert system support via the ticketing system.
- They will also collaborate on gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, developing functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements, and implementing solutions.
- In addition, they will participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts to the business and executing system testing.

A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is essential for this role. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also required.
