Workday Configuration Expert

This role is part of our HR Systems team, working with Workday enthusiasts in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absences, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Expenses, Talent and Performance.
- Maintain system configuration and setup in Workday and provide support to Integrated systems such as T&A (Kronos), Payroll (iChris), Learn etc.
- Configure reports and validation rules involving calculated fields and troubleshoot EIBs.
- Test and implement Business Process changes and support Feature releases in Workday.
- Address BAU support tickets addressed to HR Systems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Provide information and guidance to stakeholders for optimal business outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with the HR team nationally for best practice sharing.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you need hands-on Workday experience, a degree in HR or a related field, good analytical skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and project management skills.
