About the Role
This senior-level position involves managing and configuring Workday software within the organization's HR domain. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of new modules, configure and build new functionalities, and liaise with the technology team to report on activities and advise on system enhancements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Evaluates new releases and features to identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing Workday usage.
- Offers Workday consultation, including requirements gathering, solution provision, and impact analysis.
- Configures, tests, validates, and implements changes to Business Processes within Workday.
- Maintains configuration of master data in the relevant Workday Functional area.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of Workday functionalities, specializing in HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning.
About You
- Proven experience in Workday as a Shared Service Function.
- SME in one or more functions of HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning modules.
- Excellent ability to configure, test, validate and implement business process changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with configuring Workday and adding additional modules on Workday.
