Workday HCM Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead or support implementations of the recruitment module, configure and test the system, and provide post-implementation support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday HCM recruitment modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday recruitment solutions.
  • Configure job requisitions, approvals, offer management, onboarding, and integrations in Workday Recruiting.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and troubleshoot issues after implementation.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and end-user training sessions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM recruitment module (implementation and/or post-go-live support).
  • Workday HCM certification in Recruiting is desirable.
