We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join our Enterprise Product Management team. As a key member, you will play a crucial part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Workday, as you will work closely with the internal Workday Team to deliver fixes and improvements aligned with strategic priorities.

The Service Line oversees project prioritisation, cross-functional decision-making, data standardisation, issue resolution, release management, and provides strategic direction for ongoing support and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules.
  • Provide Workday system support via the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements.
  • Implement solutions and develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements.
  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in large, complex environments.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
