Job Title: Workday HCM Expert

As a key member of our Product Management team, you will play a critical role in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules.

You will work closely with the internal Workday Team to deliver fixes and improvements that align with strategic priorities and support the ongoing evolution of our recently implemented Workday platform.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules, knowledge of HR business processes, and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules
  • Provide system support via ticketing systems, including prioritisation, resolution development, testing and communication back to end users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in continued feature release updates, assessing impacts to the business and executing system testing.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.
