We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Claims Management team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide responsive and proactive claims management services to our members and third parties.
About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Offer accurate information and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with customers and their representatives.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on company policies and procedures.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues.
About You:
- Previous contact centre experience is desired.
- Previous experience in claims management or case management is desired.
- Knowledge of the claims process is beneficial.
- Passion for supporting the community in tough times.
- Committed to Queensland's resilience during weather events.
- Able to work on a Mon-Sun rotating roster.
- Willing to learn and train in the ever-changing insurance space.
