About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team at Talentpath. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly, offering accurate information and resolving complaints professionally, and building trust and maintaining relationships with customers and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims accurately and efficiently
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Stay informed on company policies and procedures
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous contact centre experience, preferably in claims management or case management. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. You will also need to be passionate about supporting the community in tough times and committed to Queensland's resilience during weather events.
