RACQ seeks experienced, customer-focused professionals for their insurance team to assist with recent and upcoming floods and storms. The organisation significantly creates a positive impact on the state.

The purpose of this role is to provide responsive and proactive claims management services for members and third parties.

About You:

  • Previous contact centre experience is desired.
  • Previous experience in claims management or case management is desired.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of the claims process is beneficial.
  • Passion for supporting the community in tough times.
  • Committed to Queensland's resilience during weather events.
  • Able to work on a Mon-Sun rotating roster.
  • Ready to join a temporary workforce and contribute to working with established claims teams.
  • Willing to learn and train in the ever-changing insurance space.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Offer accurate information and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Build trust and maintain relationships with customers and their representatives.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Process claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues.
