Claims Management Officer

At RACQ, we're seeking a Claims Management Officer - Property to join our team. As a key member of our Property team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of property claims, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of property claims, from straightforward to complex.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for our members.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
- Apply and interpret Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and other relevant documentation to inform decision-making.
- Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing training to enhance skills and grow in the role.
- Competitive compensation package, including hourly rate, superannuation, and penalty rates.

- Rotating roster, with full-time hours across 7 days a week.
