About the Role

This Sales and Customer Success Manager position is based in Eagle Farm (QLD) or Fountaindale (NSW), offering a unique opportunity to work with a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for freight and transit rail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business, identify sales opportunities, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
  • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
  • Establish best practices and processes to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent trade qualification or experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, or account management, with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
  • Exceptional commercial skills and experience in managing SLAs, including negotiation, contract development, and issue resolution.
  • Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to develop and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A results-oriented, customer-first attitude, with a willingness to break norms and challenge conventional thinking.
