Sales Support Professional

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support person to join our team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our sales team, providing essential support and ensuring our customers have a great experience every step of the way—from initial inquiries to post-sale follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, quotes, and pre-sales processes, while understanding their needs to tailor solutions that benefit both the client and IPD.
- Supporting the sales team by generating quotes, providing customer support, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to foster business growth.
- Accurately supplying customer and opportunity information to the sales team via CRM, including sharing valuable market and competitor insights.
- Committing to continual self-improvement in sales skills by implementing a Personal Development Plan and staying updated on new products and technologies through training.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management
- Previous electrical experience
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the management of KPI's, margins and sales figures;
- Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software;
- Excellent time management and planning skills
