About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Manager to join our team as a Senior Revenue Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth across two hotels in our portfolio. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing effective revenue strategies, analysing market trends, and optimising pricing and distribution channels to achieve maximum profitability and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth and Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management procedures and best practices to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
Leadership and Team Management
  • Oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor the Reservations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance
Reporting and Analysis
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, annual revenue budgets, and regular performance reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on hotel operations
  2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and reporting tools
  3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  5. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pursue innovative strategies for revenue growth
