We are currently seeking a commercially adept individual to become a part of our Network Strategy Team in the capacity of a Revenue and Pricing Analyst.

The key objective of this role is to enhance revenue outcomes for flights managed by our group within both Domestic and Regional Networks. We are looking for a candidate with robust analytical and numerical capabilities, who can derive insightful business decisions from market performance analysis.

Reporting Structure:

This role will report directly to the Manager of Revenue Management and Pricing, with a concentrated effort on optimizing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics to identify demand fluctuations and adjust inventory accordingly. Execute Revenue Management and Pricing strategies to enhance flight and route performance. Generate comprehensive performance measurement reports from extensive data sets. Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor approaches. Formulate and implement inventory strategies for designated markets. Provide Pricing recommendations for specific routes to boost revenue performance. Optimize revenue through the daily utilization of the Revenue Management System. Effectively communicate market performance insights to management and relevant stakeholders. Deliver Management reporting and additional commercial analysis as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision. Ability to swiftly adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment. Advanced problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Well-honed numerical, analytical, and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel. Previous experience in the airline or travel industry in a Revenue Management, Pricing, or Analytical role, and/or a degree in business, finance, or commerce is preferred.
