About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Dean of School and senior members of staff within the School. This will include diary management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and preparing meeting papers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively manage the Dean's diary
  • Collate meeting papers and materials
  • Coordinate functions and meetings
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Act as Executive support for relevant committees

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in Higher Education or a similar organisation
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Resourceful and able to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
