**Your new company**
Located in Mulgrave, this services organisation is continually growing and evolving. Supplying their products and services to large scale projects, they are well established in their area of expertise. With a network of offices across NSW, VIC and QLD, they are well positioned to continue their growth and success.
**Your new role**
Due to continual growth, they are seeking an all-round Office Coordinator who can support across all areas of the business such as administration, accounts, customer service and project administration.
Main duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls on Reception.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Accounts administration such as accounts receivable and debt collection
- Typing up reports and documents
- Assisting the service department and contracts department as required
- Data entry and database management
- All adhoc duties as required
