About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our Project Management function, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process documentation for project commitments, obtain external quotes, and coordinate change orders with consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and communication plans with teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist with contract administration, including attending tender openings and recording results.
  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Process invoices and pay applications, and assist with project administration deliverables.
  • Support the project closeout process, including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple figures.
