About the Role


The Project Coordinator role within our team supports the delivery of high-quality improvement initiatives at Medical Panels.


This position involves undertaking a wide range of project coordination tasks with an emphasis on data analysis, collation, and manipulation to support the projects team in delivering key outcomes in a complex, fast-paced tribunal environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data associated with projects undertaken, reporting on project outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of projects.
  • Provide proactive advice on project risks and outcomes.
  • Manage project administration tasks, including maintaining shared folders, calendars, email accounts, templates, and other relevant documents.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar position with demonstrated skills in preparation of project plans, reports, evaluations, and presentations.


You will also possess experience using Power BI and Excel Pivot Tables for data analysis and presentation.


In addition, you should have impeccable prioritization and organization skills, be able to pivot quickly when priorities shift, and be a team player who demonstrates a collaborative approach to problem-solving.


A 'can-do' attitude and ability to take ownership of a task under limited guidance are essential.
