About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Data Insights Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with data engineers, scientists, and business units to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and actionable. You will leverage your expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to create robust data solutions that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer in a complex or technical environment
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
