About the Role:

As a permanent, full-time Fundraising Business Process Analyst, you will join our Fundraising Operations team in Blackburn, Melbourne with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

This role focuses on maintaining high-quality Fundraising Donor Information within CRM (Blackbaud) and enhancing input processes to ensure validity of CRM Donor Information.

This accuracy ensures precise Business (Fundraising) reporting and analytics within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving Donor Data Quality within CRM.
  2. Support the development of structured processes from data ingestion to usage, empowering informed fundraising decisions.
  3. Investigate data lineage to improve workflows and ensure efficient use of CRM information.
  4. Implement bulk updates and system upgrades using tools like Brightvine Loader.
  5. Create exception reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues, such as duplicates or inaccuracies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience managing databases, especially CRM (Blackbaud).
  • Skilled in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and understanding database structures.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration and data management.
  • Knowledge of programming, reporting requirements, and the donor journey.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and a passion for data-driven solutions.
